Washed and dried, not folded. We keep it simple and keep the price down — you’ll get your washing back clean, dry and bagged, ready to sort at home the way you like it.
Bring your own detergent if you prefer, and tell us anything we should know — cold wash only, delicates, low heat.

We’ve got the capacity for volume: nine washers and thirteen dryers, including 20kg machines that turn a week’s linen around in a couple of loads. And our owner Ruben spent years as a field service engineer with Girbau, one of the world’s commercial laundry equipment manufacturers — so the machines are chosen well and maintained properly.

Pet Bedding — On Its Own Machine.
Gosford Laundry Lounge Is Pet Inclusive
A dedicated washer and dryer for dog beds, blankets, towels and covers. Completely separate from every other machine in the shop — different corner, different drum, no crossover.
Nobody wants pet hair in the drum before their sheets go in — and that includes us. Wash a muddy dog bed in a shared machine and the next three loads pay for it. So we gave it its own.
Hair, mud, sand, heavy soiling, the lot. The machine’s built for it, with a drum and filter that can handle what comes off a well-used dog bed. The dryer’s set up to shift the hair rather than bake it in, so bedding comes out clean and ready to go back down rather than coated in fur.
Bring it in as it is. That’s what it’s there for.

Work Wear — Keep It Out of the Family Wash
Grease, paint, concrete dust and sawdust don’t belong in the machine that does the school uniforms.
Trade gear is hard on a domestic washer. Fine dust settles in the drum seal and the filter, oil leaves a residue that carries into the next load, and a set of heavy canvas overalls soaking wet is more than most home machines were built to spin. Do it every week for a year and you’ll feel it in the bearings.
Tradies, mechanics, painters, landscapers and cleaners — bring the high-vis and overalls here instead. Wash them properly, on machines designed for the load, and keep the mess out of the house entirely.
Our 12kg machines take a week’s work gear in one go, and the commercial dryers get heavy cotton drills and canvas genuinely dry rather than damp-and-hopeful. If you’ve got a heavy-duty degreaser or a detergent you swear by, bring it — every machine here takes your own, and you save a dollar for the trouble.
Knock off, drop a load on, and grab a coffee next door while it runs. Most blokes are in and out inside the hour.
